To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Tags: All original tags must still be attached.
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or order confirmation email is required.
Note: We cannot accept returns for items purchased on sale, final clearance, or custom-made products unless they are defective or damaged.

To initiate a return:
